This is where I will be cataloging the movies, TV shows, anime, etc, that I have seen. Most of these are titles I've watched in the last couple of years though if I remember more I will be adding those here as well. I will also be "attempting" to review some of the titles as well... Just don't expect them to be well written.

Everything I say below are just my opinion and should not be taken too seriously. If you have issues with anything I say please remind yourself that I'm just a stranger on the internet!!!

Pulp Fiction (1994)

Rating: ★★★★☆

Pulp Fiction is a movie that can be summed up in a singular word. Art. It's a movie crafted by the love of film itself. Its three story structure is unique and keeps you hooked onto every second. The attention to detail and its ability to make the viewer realize that every character is a person is just amazing and deserves praise.

That being said, however, Pulp Fiction is not a movie that offers a deep commentary on any meaningful subject. The few times it gets close are all to drive up shock value and elevate the art of the film, not to start a conversation. This is not a flaw of the movie and it serves its purpose amazingly without needing to be deeper than what's being shown on the surface.

Perfect Blue (1998)

Rating: ★★★★★

Perfect blue does a phenomenal job of making the viewer feel progressively more uncomfortable throughout its runtime. It keeps the viewer in a state of confusion whilest at the same time offering enough information to keep them guessing as to what will happen next. It delivers on amazing twists and turn that manage to shock you up until the very end of the movie.

Perfect blue is also a movie that understands the little details very well. The backgrounds and scenes are beautifully crafted and adds personality to every frame. Honestly going into the movies I was not expecting to be this entranced by the aesthetics of it all.
